Personal Beliefs About Talent
When we were born, we all received gifts from the Holy Spirit. These gifts may vary in different forms, such as creativity or our ability to make others smile. In our lives we must also learn to use these gifts in various ways. For me, my gift is my creativity. I’ve also learned to use my gift in different ways and with the people in my community. I’ve learned to use my gift within my family, my local community, and the global community. I use my gift within my family to inspire my brother and parents to things differently. With my creativity I can help to change the way they do certain routines during the day. In Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Willy Wonka once said, “Invention my dear friends, is 93% perspiration, 6% electricity, 4% evaporation, and 2% butterscotch ripple”. This quote helps me to know that being creative takes a lot of work. It also lets me know that being able to change things in a more creative way doesn’t come easy, but it takes everything in you to change.
The words of Willy Wonka also assist me in my journey of using and spreading my gift to other people. In the future, not only will my gift help my family to be more creative but it will also help other people. I also utilize my gift within my local community. I use my creativity through my drawings to encourage the other people around me to draw in their own styles. They can also Ruiz 2learn things about themselves that they didn’t know. During Ratatouille, Remy said, “I know I’m supposed to hate humans, but there’s something about them. They don’t just survive. They discover, they create! Just look at what they do with food!” These words help to show me that even though I may not get along with the people in my local community, it is an act of kindness to share my gift. By sharing my gift to other people and helping them to use their creativity, it shows that I care for others. This also shows that I motivate other people to find their gift whether it is being creative or something else. Throughout the global community, I also use my gift to assist motivate others. By helping one person to find their inner creativity, they can also help others to find their gifts. During a Ted Talk, Brené Brown said, “Creativity is the way I share my sou with the world”. This quote helps me to understand that through my creative thinking in my drawings and other forms, I am sharing a piece of myself with others. I share my view on things that other people may not see.
My creativity can help people around the to open their eyes too different perspectives in various situations. They will be able to see past their problems and use their own gift to solve them. By being a creative person, you can help other people learn about themselves and you also learn about yourself by helping others. By knowing what our gifts are and how to use them, we can also influence many people to find their own gifts. This will help us to understand that people can learn about themselves in many ways. Finding their own gifts can also lead them to things they never thought of doing. This serves to show that if we have already found our gift, we should use it to spread goodness Ruiz 3and to help people explore their own gifts and talents. Finally, we should help people to understand that they have gifts and that they too can spread their gifts in many ways.
