Where does human come ? Are we not born from a human? Those questions are the current thorny topics. Nowadays, the human is still a secret. No one can precisely define human beings; no one understands human beings. Humans study all that is around them such as on earth or in the sky, but they do not find the purpose of their existence. The deeper into the interior, the more questions people ask. Humans have created many things to bring happiness to humankind, but nothing gratifies humans. Therefore, Levy says that human can be born for themselves, human become it. Some people do not agree with Levy. But there is a divine truth that no one can deny is to become human, not to be lacking what is called social, environment; who create the human is also an equally important part. That is the answers this analyze.

The article “We are not born human” was written by Levy and that punished on the New York Times accommodates a philosophy’s point of views of why we are not born from the human. The main point of this article is to argue that one is not born human. To prove for those arguments in the article, the author bases on Baruch Spinoza’s concept of human. Besides that, the author also connects to God such as humans do not have any purpose without God. He also bases on the third birth that means to become human we can not live without what is called society. But God created the society, so God is also a significant part help people become human. Also, the author talks about the concept negation to determine. According to Levy, “To be human, of course, is to be part of another entity that we call society”. Therefore, when one is born, they have not had a personality yet. Personality is a new structure, formed in the process of human life, activity, and communication. Personality development depends on many factors as genetic; environment; education.

Besides that, social and environment always go parallel that is a foundation help people adapting and becoming human. The environment refers to the complex system, the variety of external circumstances, the natural and social conditions that are essential to human life and development. The environment contributes to the purpose, motivation, means, and conditions for personal exchanges, whereby individuals acquire the human social experience to shape and develop their personality. From the analyze above, it is possible to assert that the environment is a necessary condition for the development of human character. That is the first concept of why we are not born human. Human try to become it from social and environment. Contrast, Levy uses Baruch Spinoza’s concept “Determination is the negation” to deny the existence of God. That means he determines God exist in this world. He also mentions that “man has no purpose without God”. Why does God exist? And what is the purpose of God when he comes to this world?

Therefore, evil is a way to convey that God is a redeemer of the human. Why do some people become evil? Therefore, evil is required to serve the good purpose. It is his instrument for guidance, and a signal for us know God is our Savior and Redeemer. Therefore, if a creature is good, created by a good and powerful person. Then, those have become "bad, " the power person – God must plan the redemption of that creature, so is this a perfect plan for the future, right? Therefore, people reject the right thing to become a bad thing. For example, if we do something, but that is illegal, and we do not know. Until we face the penalty law, maybe we must go to the prison or be sentenced to death. That is too late to fix our fault. As same God, God is similar to the court, but he will do signal for us to understand what we are doing is wrong, and we need to fix it. That evidence and example proving human need God. Also, that is another reason God has created evil to help people know God is our Redeemer. Others purpose of the evils is to teach and punish human who is created by God.
