Healthy living is very important. We all need to eat healthy and exercise. By checking your blood pressure you can check how fast your heartbeat is. In my paper you’ll learn about what normal blood pressure. You’ll also find out how doing yoga, drinking only water, having good blood pressure, and how eating fruits and vegetables help you keep you healthy. All these things have a part in how healthy you are. Eating healthy, exercise, and drinking water is very important in everyone’s life.
Blood pressure is the pressure of the blood in the circulatory system, often measured for diagnosis since it is closely related to the force and rate of the heartbeat and the diameter and elasticity of the arterial walls. Preferably, it isn’t good to have high blood pressure or low blood pressure because that will indicate that you aren’t healthy and that you aren’t maintaining a healthy weight.
The top number for blood pressure is called the systolic and the bottom number is called diastolic it is extremely important to keep those to numbers less than 120/80 because you are at risk above and under this. Making changes as an individual to keep my blood pressure as well as my health and wellness would decrease my salt intake, eat healthy, reduce my stress, and exercise Engaging in these things will help me have a healthier lifestyle which would cause me not to be short of breath, allow me to be active during the day without being sleepy, and will reduce my headaches that often occur during the day.
Yoga is an essential way to stay active and keep the blood flowing through your veins. Yoga includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.Yoga can reduce chronic pain ,people suffering from carpal tunnel disease is mainly prescribed and referred to a yoga class because it is more effective.

Increasing fruit and vegetable intake would be a great way to keep my body healthy in many different ways.Different fruits in vegetables contain different vitamins,potassiums and healthy nutrition options.Having a healthy diet helps you have a lower risk of high blood pressure,reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar, Apples, oranges, kiwi, grapefruit and mangos contain vitamin c which is for growth, development and repairing bodily tissue which I need the most because every since I broke my ankle its being trying to heal and repair its tissue so that it can get back healthy, “Vegetables and Fruits.”
Spinach, Kale, broccoli, peas, sweet potatoes, and carrots are the most nutritious vegetables, they are said to be the healthiest to add to your diet. Making these changes to my diet will allow me to decrease junk food such as chips and cookies a little but adding these to my dinner is going to be a healthy impact. Adding these will be a healthy impact also because it can help me get stronger.
Drinking water is important just like eating food. Increasing my water into my eating lifestyle would be tough because I prefer soda with my meals. Water is healthy to drink because it helps maintain bodily fluids that include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. Water can prevent and treat health problems, water prevents kidney stones and treats urinary tract infections as well as helping reduce a fever.
Drinking water helps you maintain throughout the day because it prevents you from getting dehydrated on a very hot day. Drinking water also helps your pores stay open and allows you to have a clear body.In my opinion everyone should drink eight glasses of eight ounce water each day to maintain there bodily fluids. Around 60 percent of the body is made up of water, and around 71 percent of the planet’s surface is covered by water. Drinking water instead of soda can help with weight loss.
Understanding how exercising, eating healthy, and drinking water plays a big part in human’s lives is something that we should all know. The things I mentioned in my paper explains how blood pressure, yoga, fruit and vegetables, and drinking water helps each other and helps your body. The big picture is to be healthy and try to and exercise as much as you can.
Doing this experiment on knowing to see if doing yoga, increasing my fruit and vegetable, drinking only water, and making sure my blood pressure was good to make sure I was feeling healthier was a great experience. I started to enjoy yoga because it kept me calm and keep my heart rate at the normal pace. Doing all these things made me realize that you can feel better about yourself if you are eating and exercising like you are suppose to. I personally felt stronger and more energized from drinking water, eating healthy, and doing yoga because it makes me get a lot of work that I needed to do done without being frustrated or tired.
A difficult task that I struggled with was trying to drink only water knowing I love to drink juices and sodas. I was able to achieve the task it was just harder than I thought it would be. It is very temping to get a soda or juice knowing it is just downstairs in my dorm room and is in the student center where I always get my food from. I will continue to drink my water and eat my vegetables and try to do yoga more so I can become more healthy than I am now.
