There are many important professions in the world. Science playing a massive role in society. Humans need research to analyze every part of existence. To be able to mimic creation so that human life can be comfortable, that alone needs scientific variables.
When identifying a scientist one is to check the qualified profession, a scientist is an individual who gathers intelligence and research. Together with gathering evidence as well as testing it with the goal to gain insight, through this process the scientist can share what he or she has discovered. A scientist can be further identified through the Five W's: the what, which, when, where, who, whom, whose, why, whether, and how are the few important variables. The Definition of a scientist is also defined through how they go about to gather material, for instance, through statistics or data. What they are seeking to understand of the universe also where they can apply the new knowledge they have gained, commenting on, 'how to identify a scientist', David E Watson says on the 31st May 2020 at 3:34pm, 'I have always thought of a scientist as someone who is at heart an explorer, driven by an innate, childlike curiosity and imagination, whose focus is on exploration'. There are four main branches of science, each branch is categorized in distinctive type of subjects that covers specific areas of studies such as chemistry, physics, math as well as astronomy, the four primary branches of science are mathematics combined with logic, biological science, physical science and Social Science.
In the world there are many famous people who were considered scientists, for example, Albert Einstein, a theoretical physicist, Isaac Newton an English mathematician, Marie Curie, a Polish-French physicist, a more modern scientist, Stephen Hawking an English theoretical physicist. Albert Einstein is considered a scientist because he produced the special and general theories of relativity, Isaac Newton is acknowledged one of the most important scientists in history because during his lifetime, Mr. Newton established the theory of gravity, the laws of motion, a new type of mathematics called calculus and made breakthroughs in the area of objects such as a reflecting telescope. A strong female named Marie Curie is remembered for her discovery of radium, polonium also having a huge contribution to find treatments to cancer. Stephen William Hawking also being among one of the well-known scientist for his concept of exploding black holes through upon both relative theory and quantum mechanics. Science and technology play a massive role in the world's progress. The definition of science is the systematic study of the structure, behavior of the physical, natural world through observation and experiments, technology is the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes.
Today to be considered a scientist is to obtain the basic steps that should be followed to become a scientist are to get a bachelor's degree as well as a master's degree. Then a student would be required to gain experience in the field as well as pursue certification and maybe even consider a doctorate. This takes about four years for a university, five years for a doctorate, and three years of post-doctorate research for a total of twelve years to become a professor. Many scientists as well professors publish their findings, which will then add to their credentials. The Oxford Dictionary defines the term scientist as 'a person who is studying or has expert knowledge in one or more of the natural or physical sciences'. The degree that makes an individual a scientist is a bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field such as biological science, chemistry, or molecular biology. It is also preferred that the Bachelor's has got six years or a master of science with about four years of experience.
As facts prove, it is undeniable, that humanity needs individuals such as scientists. They conduct experimental research to advance knowledge in and are of interest. Science with the four branches of chemistry, such as chemistry, physics, math and astronomy are vital for human survival. Branching from Einstein's general theories of relativity to Marie Curie having a massive contribution of finding treatments for cancer. In modern days to be considered a scientists the individual has to gain a master and bachelors degree to carry on with the scientific attributes of science and technology.
