Google Docs and Google Chrome

Google Docs is a free web-based tool that allows you to create, access and store documents and tablets online. Materials with an Internet connection and a full Web browser can download from any device. Google Docs is a component of a complete package of Google-related online applications. Google Docs users can use the different fonts and file formats in Google Docs, which combine text with formulas and lists and tablets with images, to download, build, modify and customize documents and tags. Google Docs support many web and word processor programs. Research may be written or distributed as a web page. Users can check who is working. Google Docs is suitable for writing, retaining journals or creating publications within the business. Google Docs dedicate to collaborative projects in which several writers from physically different locations operate together in real-time. Everyone can see who makes those improvements to the paper, and when those changes made. Since data can be stored online and saved on individual devices, no chance of complete loss of information can correlate with a regional tragedy. Nevertheless, some authors complaint about the Internet-based existence of Google Docs was that their research could not be private or protected.

It is the world fist and popular web browser of a combination of the search box and the address bar also, according to the world research it's the most useable browser has been used the most. The important thing about google browser is people are allowed to log in their google account on google browser because of this they were able to achieve their aim and objects of the google browser. This web browser has the best user interface, and hence, people prefer using this web browser over other web browsers such as Firefox, Opera, Safari, Mozilla, etc. The time taken by this browser to search for the results is very less. Google drive is cloud based storage system developed by Google for users to upload, synchronize and share files with anyone at any given time. It provides users with a free 15GB storage with the options of purchasing additional storage if required. This cloud-based storage system is very popular among users. It lets you keep all your work in one place and view files from various synchronized devices as it uses cloud computing technology. Google drive’s advantages includes users can backup important files without having to worry about losing it if stored alternatively such as in USB sticks or hard drives which can be corrupted or get stolen at any time. Users also can send large files directly from their email to their contacts which is relatively easier and less time consuming. Using Google drive is extremely convenient and easy to use as users can install their application on their devices like phones and tablets and access from anywhere. Another advantage to its users is easier accessibility to their files as Google drive has built in search engine which works efficiently in finding documents by file type. Google drive also lets users to open and edit any kind of document without the need of installing any special software. Lastly, its remarkable image recognition technology which can recognize the exact content being displayed in the pictures for example, looking up famous landmarks users have visited makes it one of the most efficient cloud-based storage systems. 

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages related to Google drive including users cannot change the version of the file stored in Google drive. Unlike Dropbox, it is impossible to control the version of the files stored inside it as the original version is maintained until the end. It is also very hard to access any individual documents if multiple users are logged in and searching for the same document at the same time from the drive since editing may be a problem. For example, if many students are accessing the particular document at the same time, some students might have problems accessing it and this delays the work progress. Another disadvantage is lagging updates during peak hours because most users are logged in at the same time. This situation causes the updates done on the drive to lag for a period of time before being updated. 

Google Code of Conduct

Google has a Code of Conduct published that states: “The Google Code of Conduct is one of the ways we put Google’s values into practice. It’s built around the recognition that everything we do in connection with our work at Google will be, and should be, measured against the highest possible standards of ethical business conduct. We set the bar that high for practical as well as aspirational reasons: Our commitment to the highest standards helps us hire great people, build great products, and attract loyal users. Respect for our users, for the opportunity, and for each other are foundational to our success, and are something we need to support every day'. It is clear when you read through their Code of Conduct that they understand the importance and responsibility that is associated with the product they have created, ensuring that they operate in an ethical manner is not only critical to their success as an organization but also instilled as an area of critical importance across all levels.

In conclusion, Google has long been admired for their innovation and forward thinking. They have structured their management design to ensure employees can streamline creative ideas to help generate new products. This innovation is fueled by a model that focuses on individual entrepreneur groups and they have abandoned traditional micromanaged groups. Google has a unique view when it comes to identifying a good manager. They are quoted as saying “We found that, for leaders, it’s important that people know you are consistent and fair in how you think about making decisions and that there’s an element of predictability. If a leader is consistent, people on their teams experience tremendous freedom, because then they know that within certain parameters, they can do whatever they want. If your manager is all over the place, you’re never going to know what you can do, and you’re going to experience it as very restrictive.” Google is extensively engineering driven. They look at data and they analyze it rather than starting with a theory of what it should be they are looking at real world data to help guide their decision making.
