Based on research most of the U. S. Presidential candidates traditionally have happened to be males, to be more specific a Caucasian male. Before the 2016 forthcoming election for president, we undoubtedly had a black male serving as the president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama. The general public was genuinely frightened of a black president serving a democratic country who has been known to consist precisely of a white man under power. More than have of this country people were in denial of enabling that happen but soon after Barack Obama became president the doubt in people’s mind became sustained and they perceive what he can do for this country. Which leads fashionable to why the last election people were in doubt of nominating a woman as their representative. Was it because of her gender, that the men or the congress feel like they are being disgraced or in general we don’t want a women ruling over men and women are just overly sensitive that they can’t handle the pressure?

Before all else gender roles fulfil a fundamental role in today’s modern day and have for the pasts decades. Not only but in addition men dictate what goes on around their house, most of every country is ruled by a man which narrows down to women consist of less significant rows. For example a man's field of work is consisted of being anything he wants like a police officer, being in the service of the military which there is a less percentage of women who rarely serve there, doctors, etc. As for the majority of the women they only are found in simple fields like teaching, being nurse or even a stay at home mother. Our point is that women are not sourly judge to be weak or they can’t work in a similar field as men do, it’s just that they illustrate the image out there to be seen as incompetent creatures. So as their field of work grows, we shouldn't come hasty to a harsh conclusion that they can’t handle to be placed in a presidential chair of work. That primarily falls in these two groups of Ambivalent sexism: Benevolent sexism which implies that women can and should rely on a man’s protection. The other type carries on being hostile sexism, which reflects the belief that women are inferior to men, and they are incompetent.

Second of all, despite the fact that many were surprised the fact that people voted for Donald J Trump for other reasons that he continues to be the alternative to a feminine candidate. Thinking back many were under the impression why wasn’t America ready for a feminist reader. Efficiently is it that it would execrate extraordinary things too quickly and mess up the modern economy? But then people were argued to think was it because of the equality and diversity. Maybe not for everyone to accept women, they initially have to make themselves recognized and make their actions aware of others and subtle biases. For this we can say that, change frequently happens and it’s a superb thing but the public must first acknowledge them and what they allegedly do for us because we all must realize a win for them represents a victory for us men to. We lay hold of not losing the battle with the women who we see in workaday life, we are nothing but gaining an ally to aid us become a more magnificent country. What submission is, it’s a way of nature. All living entities in this world cherish one thing in common and that is to be at the top of the hierarchy. Humans and animals are alike in this way, both species, no matter if it’s a male or a female wants to be less than the other. They both want to be at the top, but some would suggest it’s elegant to be at the bottom of the hierarchy than to be dead. Let's take it to account two chimpanzees of the same sex where they fight until one gives up their dominance to the other. Typically being more aggressive than the other spices, utilizing more strength, skill or even being bigger in size can intimidate the other opponent to yield submissively. The essential benefits of being at the top or wanting to get there is access to food, allies, power, mates, etc. From the beginning of mankind evolution our lives has been taken for a behavioral and physiological mechanism that drives us to make one's way up the hierarchy. That is why for most who think or know they can’t win (females to be specific) yield submissively to the more dominant side look for aid and all other type of security.

Lastly, gender inequality remain not only an problem for women, and it’s everyone's issue. Scientific research shows that, “fifty-eight percent men say there is no more obstacles for women in the workplace”. Yes, its true women are still facing obstacles in the workplace but Elizabeth Broderick “states that women aren’t equally represented in leadership because of biological causes. ” The fact of the matter is men attain a more exalted driven status than women do. Studies show that business corporation perform better when there is both male and female included in the workforce rather than a male organization. Despite the fact that women do suffer a loss in the equality department for example being pregnant or other subsist issues, companies have come up with opportunities for having a child or parental leave. Now both parties have the same benefits without favoring one of the others.

In conclusion, it’s everyone’s right to feel comfortable in today's society. A knight in a shining armor offers comfort, protection, all the things a woman can think like the traditional roles. Women are ought to be protected and best suited for less impracticable things. Benevolent sexism, nonetheless, represents women to be viewed as object or not as equal as men. We as a society should not allow females be treated less than everyone else. Feminists fail to compile their expectations when they refuse to be unchallenging, unthreatening and resistance. The change in our life is making a turn around. As the years have passed by, this problem was only one person problem but now that many things keep changing and freedom is given to all, it has become the society problem to support each other. No men wouldn’t require help to balance the family and work life from his wife or acquaintance. People are advising friends, family and all other colleagues to speak up and promote the equality we all should share together. All of this have seemed to be changing already, but we have to keep pushing it till it becomes naturally for everyone to be respected and accepted the same as one big family.
