At one time, people's consumption of sugar was limited only to the seasons when the fruits ripened. 80 thousand years ago, hunter-gatherers could sometimes eat fruit and compete with birds. Today, we consume sugar and sugary drinks every day of the year. Sugary drinks became the biggest public health problem. Some governments imposed an extra tax on sugar drinks and removed them from vending machines in schools and hospitals. Health experts say that sugary drinks should be completely removed from our diet. However, scientists have had difficulty proving the health effects of sugary drinks, regardless of high calorie diet The relationship between sugar consumption and body weight is known to be very high. According to research, every sugar drink consumed increases the risk of obesity 1.6 times. 70 percent of cardiovascular disorders due to obesity. 42 percent of patients diagnosed with breast and bowel cancer suffer from obesity. 30 percent of gallbladder surgery is caused by obesity. The aim of this study was to investigate the sugars, beverages obtained from fruit sugar and the resulting diseases (obesity).

With the development of industry and technology, processed sugar and sugar syrups are obtained from sugar beets, the raw material of sugar in sugar refineries. The production of sparkling beverages (coca-cola, fanta) etc., fruit-flavored drinks and energy drinks are obtained from the sugar and sugar syrups obtained. People buy these products from stores and markets and use them in their social lives. In this way, a sugared beverage network is reached in their homes, reaching workplaces and children's lunchboxes. In this way, consumption of sugary drinks became uncontrollable. People were affected and gained a different habit. Once people get used to these drinks, they prefer to consume them with every meal. Once this habit has been acquired, the person will continue to do so without being awkward. To date, scientists have had difficulty proving the effects of sugar on health, regardless of high calorie-based nutrition. There is also an increasing number of people who say that only a food group can be dangerous by disrupting and confusing those nutrients. In other words, what we call sugar or 'sugar additive' includes sugar, sweeteners, honey and juice used in the kitchen and is added to enhance the taste of food and beverages.

Before the 16th century, only the rich could buy sugar. The colonial trade became more widespread. In the 1960s, the conversion of glucose into fructose in factories produced corn syrup containing glucose and fructose. Sugar syrup is also used in corn syrup containing high levels of fructose. Research on the effects of sugar on health is mainly based on these drinks One of the biggest risks of carbonated beverages is diabetes. People who consume acidic and carbonated beverages have been proven to have a high risk of becoming obesity. The sugar contained in it causes people to gain weight. Caffeine in acidic beverages also makes people addictive and habit. Acidic beverages, which enable people to be energetic during the day but cause their energy to disappear and fall bored after a certain period of time, are seriously harmful. The fate of triglycerides produced from fructose in the liver and pumped into the blood is not auspicious! First of all, triglyceride is an oil that can accelerate the arteriosclerosis. It is also directly linked to insulin resistance. It is even doubtful whether it is associated with hypertension. Insulin resistance, which comes into play with the excess fatty liver, is like the beginning of the journey to ez obesity, diabetes.. The main problem is insulin resistance. Insulin resistance means insulin, resistance to insulin's ability to introduce glucose into the cell as a source of energy. When the amount of insulin in the blood is not enough to accomplish this task, the pancreas tries to solve the problem by producing more insulin. The situation is getting more complicated. As the amount of insulin in the blood increases, health begins to deteriorate. The whole health problem caused by insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia is defined as “metabolic syndrome”. It includes obesity, hypertension, increasingly pronounced postprandial hypoglycemia - attacks of reactive hypoglycemia, and subsequent increase in postprandial glucose, and finally type 2 diabetes. The end point is the threat of a heart attack and the risk of paralysis.
