Teenage pregnancy is also known as adolescent pregnancy, a type of pregnancy that occurs in a woman between the age of 15-19 or under 20 years old. Posters as a Tool to Raise Awareness of Teenage Pregnancy 

For an effective and possible way of sharing and promoting brand issues to be seen and heard by everyone, we refer to posters as our health education or health promotions strategy choice. This is because of few reasons considering successful and profitable especially possible outcome. Since posters are way more common in some businesses promotions, and we prefer the alternative is posters. A study published in the Health information and Libraries Journal found that posters presents are some of the most commonly used format for communicating information in any places such as school or academic, health field, even business proposal as well, however, this tool has the ability to increase knowledge and opportunities for everyone. The effectiveness of posters is particularly present in medical community as they prove to be valuable in waiting room and indoors of hospital on its walls, it's a great conveying of information method in any places for any issues including the prevention of teenage pregnancy. Since it's pretty clear that posters are a valuable tool in the health care field and benefits anyone, we thought of promoting our chosen topic in a form of a poster transferring our knowledge and understanding about how to prevent teenage girls from being pregnant at a young age to educate anyone that could see it on everywhere. Additionally, some people may think posters are outdated because of nowadays method of promoting awareness such as social media, television and radios, but it's always best because it can last longer unless the creator thought of letting it down. That is why most businesses still used posters to present and advertised their brand, as so as the health field, because they understand the advantages of a professionally designed posters. Posters can come in any size and shape, easy to distribute to a location where everyone can see it. This will help gain as much exposure as needed, they are also available at any stores. Therefore, posters are a great way to spread and present a message to everyone, such as raising awareness and prevention from a diseases including prevention of young people from teenage pregnancy, allowing opportunities for them to attend in order to gain knowledge and understanding about how to prevent themselves, what can they do to prevent teens pregnancy, and why would they prevent themselves from such issues. We all know why, every parent is looking forward to their daughters to become successful and bring future for their families, therefore, it depends on them(their children), and that is why the help of raising awareness to prevent teenage pregnancy is important for every young adults both males and females. For a better future, their decisions and development help to bring it, once it goes wrong it always wrong.

Everything in this world contains profits and loss, why it's good and why it's bad. Therefore, posters has advantages however, it has disadvantages as well. A poster speaks for itself but it some reason, the main focus of a poster is to reach broader audience and can be seen for a long time, the longer the audience saw it the easier it sticks in their minds. There are a variety of ways why a poster is great and has advantages, however, it benefits bother the audience and the author because the audience will get a message that the author was trying to share on a poster. In some studies, posters states to be the most effective way of sharing and delivering a message to a target audience. It will also be shown like rigid signs, banners and on screen boards in order to be seen by everyone. As mentioned earlier, several benefits and reasons why a poster is effective in promoting and advertising awareness. Here are some of the most important advantages of posters:

• Easily visible;

Posters can be targeted to a visible location in different places where it can be easily visible for everyone. This will increase the chance of raising awareness and if they come across this poster at some point, they will gain knowledge of what a poster is talking about in which places that posters were located. Speaking of which, to be more visible and cleared for everyone to be seen, the author will determine a place or location which everyone crossed mostly. However, target to a highly visible area or location, easily visible.

• Gets your target's audience;

Posters can be used to get attention of exactly the kind of audience you need to be appealing to. The higher the location of the poster, the increases the chances of a positive response from your target population.

• Long and lasts;

Posters can be posted as long as you wanted to, and it last, comparing to other new technology strategies some people used today such as ads on television, promotion on social media andor on radios, they cost money and can be promoted for a short time, but posters are outdated and old-fashioned like some people might think, but it's long and last.

According to some study, some businesses state out disadvantages of posters. As mentioned before, every item has its advantages and also disadvantages. Therefore, these are some disadvantages of posters:

• Limited Information;

To make is easy for customers to skim through posters, it's advisable to cram posters with information because no one will ever pay attention to something that is lack of information and hard to understand. The size of a poster determined how much information to be posted.

• No feedbacks from customersaudience;

Every activity undertaken by a business should be tracked and measured on a regular basis. This will make it possible to evaluate the success of an event, however, posters do not offer a mechanism through which businesses can get feedback from customers or audiences. In this case, the company will never know in what areas needed to be improved and what changes should be made.

In addition, according to some study, the majority of our population are non readers or those who don't know how to read. 

Sexual Behavior Education and Contraceptive Counselling

Health education is an essential tool for a nurse to effectively channel a patient's role for their health management. Addressing this issue to be seen by everyone and advertising awareness in order to be raised and recommend regards to young females who are going through this situation (teenage pregnancy), we need to do what's right and help them by assigning priorities and specific immediate goals to be established in order to uplift the chance of preventing teenage pregnancy in our own communities. Therefore, in a form of posters, we would like to encourage everyone to know that teenage pregnancy is the issue in Samoa societies today. And what we should do is to help the teenagers who might happen to be pregnant at that age or is going through teenage pregnancy right now or those who know nothing about prevention and protection for themselves from being pregnant at a young age. As mentioned before, the aim of this project is to strongly encouraged ministries to commit together to provoke community programs, education for sex behavior and counselling for the youngsters in order to help them gained knowledge and understand perfectly about how to prevent their teenage years from being pregnant or affected by any other medical problems as stated earlier. Establishing possible and expected outcomes from those actions are already prohibited. This includes:

• Reduction of teenage pregnancy;
• Increased the use of contraceptive methods;
• Reduced sexual activity.

In addition, the code of achieving the expected outcomes has already been introduced above. The 3 key points which includes:

• Community programs to improve youths development;

This focused on an essential element of teenagers wellness and healthy development including programs provided to ensure that everyone knows how and what to do to prevent themselves. Parents and families plays a crucial role in encouraging and supporting young people navigated towards their future potential by taking responsibility for their children's safety and well-being, helping them to steer in the right direction. This is also the chance for us to know what these peoples' response, thoughts and actions so that the health practitioners will ensure their safety and shared the best possible way to prevent themselves in order to improve their youth developments.

• Sexual behavior education;

According to Lenin Dr Asama, Samoa needs to incorporate sex education into their school curriculum because they needed to be more understandable. Sex education as would rather describe, it is educating people on sexuality, their identity as males and females, health in terms of a young age being pregnant and affected in sexually transmitted disease by making a wise and right decisions. According to Alexandra Robinson from UNFPA, said'with the participation of key political and vital decision maker from across the Pacific, the event was successfully in reviving country commitment on comprehensive sex education (CSE)' which Samoa was included, and our government ministers committed to form a program to have education for young people now known as Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE). They helped in promoting efforts on elimination of violence against women and girls and, more specifically, to helped increase awareness on the prevention of teenage pregnancy and enable young people to know how to control their sex behavior and actions in order to be protected. To add on, sexual behavior education is mostly need in our society because according to the UNFPA research shows that the majority of adolescents or young people lack the knowledge required to make those decisions responsibly, leaving them vulnerable to coercion teenage pregnancy and affected by sexually transmitted Diseases. In order to reduce teenage pregnancy and decreased people with STIs, the teenagers needs sex education in controllably of their sexually activities and gain adequate knowledge of means to protect themselves and help other people. Therefore, sexual behavior education needed to be undertaken in schools, church youths, society and other communities so that everyone teenage will understand completely and gain a lot of knowledge in order to be protected and preventative. That is why we need to raised awareness and promote to everyone that, we need sexually behavior education program in our communities so that we will be able to reduce sexual activity and be prevented from diseases and especially teenage pregnancies.

• Contraceptive counselling and delivery;

Contraception can be a fundamental part of an individual health and wellness. It allows an individual to prevent from pregnancy and help with birth control for women who already have children. Therefore, contraceptive counselling is an important interaction between patients and health practitioners, it's an opportunity to solicit an individual's values, preference and insight into what matters the most to them as it relates to contraception. Helping the youngsters obtained contraceptive methods that best suit their needs and priorities, and also the way they will use them, in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of those methods against their exact needs. Additionally, contraceptive counselling for adolescents required accessing each specific and available method which includes:

• Condoms use (male & female);
• Oral contraceptives pills;
• Implant (jadel);
• Depo-Provera.

From a historical point of view, teen pregnancies are nothing new, they consider normal and often socially accepted. Nowadays, however, the prevention of teenage pregnancies is a priority for public health in nearly all developed and increasingly developing countries, including Samoa. Therefore, teenage pregnancy was associated with other severe medical problems, which is why it's considered a global concern because these young adults are somehow at risk. While pregnancy in the teenage years can have a transformative impact on changing unhealthy behaviors and relationships for some individuals. The social and health implications of teenage pregnancy included exposure to domestic violence (which may be exacerbated by the pregnancy), mental health disorders, substance use, STI, and personal and family issues such as financial stress, homeless or thinking of having an abortion right away. In some ways, teenage pregnancy is more likely to happen in communities because of social and economic disadvantages, and it could be a contributing factor to lifelong socioeconomic disadvantages and disparities for the mother and her child, they are more likely to have limited support from families, low educational attainment, less employment opportunities and mostly never settle down. These factors can adversely affect parenting ability and have an impact on behavioral outcomes for their children. However, it's important for an individual to have a health education while pregnant. Teenage pregnancies mother are often motivated to do best for their babies and continue to developed themselves as parents and into adulthood, they may be particularly susceptible to breaches of their right to health care and education, but they should. However, by the help of councillors and health practitioners who delivered and counsel about how to use contraception, and why it's important, young adults will understand and gained knowledge. It's an opportunity for them to make the right choice and it is a chance of raising awareness to increased used of contraceptive methods to prevent teenage girl from unwanted pregnancies and prevent themselves from STIs as well.
