Nessie and Bigfoot: Legends or Reality

Do you believe in legends? Who is more real the North American wild man bigfoot or the fearsome Loch Ness monster Nessie? These two characters are rather frightening, but are they real? The answer is this easy I don’t know. In my first paragraph I will be sharing my information on Nessie.

First of all Nessie lives in the Loch Ness lake, which contains more water than any other lake in England.He could be real and he could be fake, the first sighting of Nessie was written by ST.columbia in 565 AD according to that story it bit a swimmer and attempted to attack another man but then columbia intervened and said ¨go back¨ it obeyed and that's the beginning of the whole thing.

Around 1933 the legend became to grow and grow at that time a road next to the lake was built and it had a view of the lake, in April a couple saw a humongous animal they described it as ¨a dragon or a prehistoric beast¨ and after it went across the cars path, it went back into the lake. The sighting was reported in a scottish newspaper and many sightings followed. There have been 1,000 recordings of Nessie around 20 a year. Many people try to make false images of Nessie People use hay to create her humps some have even used stuffed hippo feat to make a trail of fake footprints. A circus owner offered 25,558 dollars to anyone that could find Nessie and bring her to him alive. The very first organized hunt for Nessie was in 1934 twenty men were each paid 2 dollars a day to be ¨monster watchers¨ but they spotted nothing, and that wraps up our information on Nessie, be sure to tune in for the next part were we will chase down the fearsome European wild man Bigfoot.

Now we all assume Bigfoot is just this big, hairy humanoid, but is he real nobody knows for sure, here is what I do know though: On June 22, 2009, at about 6:30 p.m. a 19 year old male was driving on a windy backroad close to Rhinebeck, N.Y. on his way to a rehearsal at a nearby performing arts center, according to the BFRO report. As he swerved to dodge something in the road which was a shopping bag containing a open cereal box, and a small piece of wood, I know weird right well things get even weirder. He glanced into his rearview mirror only to see something darting behind his car to apparently get the bag.

When he saw this he turned his car around to get a three or four glimpse of ¨something walking on two legs¨ about 50 feet away from him. He described the ¨animal¨ which he saw from the rear and the side of the creature being 7 feet tall covered with black hair with big muscular shoulders and arms, and that's just one of the ongoing sightings on this ¨bigfoot¨.

At around 1:30 in the morning on January.8.2008. A semi-truck hauling a load of potatoes on US I-15 near the town of scorpio, right outside the town of ST. gorge, UT. As he downshifted and went down a steep road, the fog got very thick. The driver saw something on the side of the road that had glowing eyes, and thought it must be a deer. When he turned on his lights what he saw changed his life forever, a humongous creature darting across the road from left to right in big long strides. Now that is just another encounter and I could talk about them alot more but this ends are bigfoot chapter.

Now like I said in the introduction I am going to compare these two monsters and from my research Bigfoot is reality and Nessie is myth, you see when I did my research on Nessie I found a couple of sightings that didn't get into that much detail, and a ton of different false Nessies but when I did my research on bigfoot I found a ton of similar sightings of bigfoot that got into a lot of detail, so there you have it Bigfoot is more real than nessie.
