Based on the previous experience, rapport, financial stability and organisational structure, following 5 companies are selected to send the Request for Qualifications. Following these criteria the selected 5 companies were found to be qualifying and having advantage over other companies, so the Request for Qualification is being send to them. List is as follows:

Qualification based Selection is being used to send the Request for Proposal, following are the criteria on which the companies are being evaluated:

Familiarity with local geography and facilities

Experience and skills in project management

All the companies were evaluated on the criteria mentioned and following 3 companies are found to be meeting all requirements better than compared to others, So following companies are being sent the Request for Proposal.

Proposal Evaluation

Proposals are received from the companies and will be evaluated on the basis of criteria further mentioned in evaluation sheet and points will be awarded for each criteria and 1 proposer having maximum points will be considered best proposer and will be awarded the contract and other 2 proposer companies will be awarded some compensation for their Proposals.

Finally Based on Evaluation Criteria and Comparison FKS Construction scored highest points i.e. 362/390, so its being ranked 1 and selected as best proposer among 3 proposer companies.

So all the proposing companies are being notified about the selection of best proposer and their score based on evaluation criteria and the compensation will be provided to companies not selected for their proposal.
