O'riordan categorized values in many types as for instance business values, political values, and spiritual values and so on. However, business values are the most relatively greater strengths. In modern Britain, affected by industrial recession, wherever concern over jobs and growth seems to dominate public and political attention, as well as public spending cuts that sap the morale and effectiveness of main restrictive agencies, attitudes toward, and therefore execution of, environmental protection are undergoing a subtle but profound revolution. The writer appears to be saying that British pride themselves on their long tradition of landscape management rooted in the aristocratic and landowning classes of the 18th and 19th centuries. Class, power, dynamical commerce form and agricultural development heavily influenced British social history.

Cultural aspects like religion and ethnic background can largely be treated as invariant over an individual’s lifetime. Culture has a direct impact on expectations and preferences. Beliefs and preferences have a control on economic outcomes. In order words, different religious affiliations and ethnic background are related to different preferences for redistribution. Through the socialization process, by which it is maintained and transmitted, culture affects individual values. It could be distinction between values that influence economic preferences like fertility or labour participation preferences, which can be thought of as parameters of a person’s utility function, and political preferences such as preferences for fiscal redistribution.

Burrage argue that due to British culture, values like amateurism and conservatism and class framework, explanations of economic growth are more sociological than economical. Social factors influence industrial behaviour and performance and that is significantly proven. The various organizational characteristics support change and innovation and contribute to financial growth. The British basic leadership is more encouraged with a low communication network in industrial companies. Moreover, there is less inter-organizational and inter-departmental executive mobility, less communication between organization levels, less use of consultants, and sources of specialised data; all of which are styles of information exchange.

Forty-five percent of the approximately fifteen million habitants of Ivory Coast live in urban areas, which are preponderantly situated within the south. The cities are a various mixture of native Ivoirians, immigrants from other African countries, and European expatriates. The generation conflict causes rural exodus. Children do not support life beneath the roof with their oldsters whom that they think about as folks unable to adapt to the evolution of society. This generation conflict results in parental abandonment and migration to the large cities so as to figure aboard folks with people that share the identical mentalities. The hope to possess a neater and easier life, the psychological issue, politics, and cultural constraints encourage this follow not good for the country economics.

The Ivory Coast is ethnically and religiously diverse: the country has sixty ethnic groups. Some follows traditional beliefs and the others are in majority Muslim and Christian. This ethnic and religious diversity could seem as one of the roots of the post-election crisis that the country has known in 1999 and 2010.

Most of the killings were carried out under identity bases, as proved by reports on the situation. Ivory Coast has several political and social issues like inadequate educational and health care systems and social disparities. Conflicts between the majority Muslims and native peoples exist, and members of all ethnic groups generally practice social discrimination based on ethnicity. Now, the political field is designed as an arena where we will browse the positioning of ethnic groups behind the fight of the parties.

In my view, Ivory Coast have to use efficiently his culture like British model, not by copying and pasting but by changing mentalities and apprehensions for the country for reaching progress. This transformation of mentalities include the wipe of corruption and socio-political instability. The Ivoirians must promote the values of democracy, tolerance, and culture of peace and therefore the common interest of the nation. It's important to figure towards à lot of ethics in behaviour and more social distributive justice. Establishing culture of reflection and, above, ethics that should be translated by actions of transformation of conflict involving intellectual resources, academic centres, and religious.

Otherwise, culture is the identity base of society and, as such, it has a 'civilizational' or social science dimension. Culture being, by definition, specific and specific to every individuals, constitutes a source of opportunities and an accessible resource for the development of activities, goods and services likely to be offered on the international market. It follows from the preceding that the potential contribution of culture to economic and social development needs to be clarified, explained and promoted to political and economic decision-makers in order to give culture a more significant place in government agendas, national and international authorities, as well as a stronger role at the level of society as a whole.
