Hello everyone, my name is Sagar. Currently I am enrolled in 3rd semester of Mechanical Engineering technology Program in Georgian Barrie campus. This is my first Psychology course that I have chosen in my program. I am very excited to learn more about the Psychological disorders and their effects. I surmise that this course will make me more mindful of various issue and give additionally comprehension to what I have known from past encounters and perhaps enable me to have more understanding to what others might experience in their lives. My impression of abnormal psychology is that there are a wide range of variables, which may influence individuals in various ways.
There is so much that I don't think about abnormal psychology; but then I have known numerous who have experienced distinctive types of irregular brain research. I have known individuals who have managed alcohol addiction, sadness, and nervousness. By and by, my life has been influenced by sadness and tension through relatives. Catastrophe has likewise had an influence in my life that have influenced individuals near me to where they have brought about difference in conduct. I am mindful that numerous individuals experience the ill effects of sadness some are dealt with and others go ahead without treatment. I can just figure that the same might be for other mental issue. Walter White is a good example of narcissistic personality disorder. Walter White is a fictional character and the main protagonist of Breaking Bad.
The entire premise of the show was that he was pretty much a normal guy, a scientist and a teacher with a marriage and a family, who got caught up in extraordinary situations because of dying from cancer. People with NPD, by contrast, have it their entire lives. Narcissistic wounding usually takes place in early childhood and signs of narcissistic thinking and behavior is present throughout their entire lives. This is a defining criterion of all personality disorders. Behavior is consistent in many situations.
