Additionally, the organization should handle angry employee immediately after terminating them by revoking their access into the system. Such can caution potential harm into the system.
Lastly, instituting astute ethical standard is seminal to this institutions. Defining and enforcing positive employee behavior can prevent someone from thinking of revenge. For instance, if employee understanding that interfering firm privacy can lead to severe punishment, one can avoid this by fearing punishment.
