Employing individual from a competitor firm without contacting them or showing them you have an interest with them is something else. However, luring employee to betray their company which has invested a lot of resources to come into your enterprise is not healthy. Employees are a crucial factor in an organization. However, when they leave the firm, they have knowledge of how the company runs and they are not required to use it for personal purpose or release to the third party. However, if an employee uses this company information to interfere company process, it amounts to unethical act. For this case, the employee has interfered with existing database of which former employee cannot access some data. This is very wrong and legal action should be taken.

To prove this, activities taken is aggravated by a desire to cause unnecessary harm which does not define the purpose of the company. From the case study, it is markedly clear that sabotage caused by a resentful employee can wreak significant harm to the firm. Some harm may even have a long-term effect in the case where all program and database are deleted completely as a form of punishment. Instigating proper ethical code and prevention mechanism can be a credit. According to commentators, protecting company from theft and sabotage can be as a result of improper out-processing of employees. As such, one can be angry and cause some harm.

The second problem is due to maintaining employee username after being fired which make one have access to organization information. Also, lack poor ethical standard within the institution can pose some problems. Therefore the companies may have prevented this by instituting proper ethical code, employing proper hiring, firing and retention standards. Having a proper hiring, firing, and retention standard helps collages institution in recruiting best workers from the economy. With this, the recruitment firm has to incorporate better strategies other than poaching of employees. This may include searching new talent workforce from the market. If the worker has experience, reference letter from the previous institution should be mandatory to ensure that the individual had a good working history. Additionally, the organization should handle angry employee immediately after terminating them by revoking their access into the system. Such can caution potential harm into the system.

Lastly, instituting astute ethical standard is seminal to this institutions. Defining and enforcing positive employee behavior can prevent someone from thinking of revenge. For instance, if employee understanding that interfering firm privacy can lead to severe punishment, one can avoid this by fearing punishment. Hence, implementing the three strategies will help rage behaviors.
