A Quality That Makes Me Unique: Everybody Has A Unique Feature

Everybody has a unique touch that can be fruitful for his society. For me,helping people and putting smiles on their faces mean a lot to me. Therefore, I try my best to spread love and good energy wherever I go, and push people to overcome the difficulties they encounter, because I deeply believe that serving my community is my duty.

Change starts with little things. I have always thought about that since my childhood, but I was not aware that only one person could make a difference, until the last year, when my teacher wrote on the board: “A small step of a person is a huge step of humanity”. I kept thinking about it deeply, I watched videos of people who were exactly like me, who worked hard and fought to make their mark in the world, these people inspired me to seek change in myself, this way it becomes easier to build a critical perspective of life that would help me to reach my goal. I want to be great, not necessarily known, but the differences that I would make should be clearly noticeable and tangible. I know that I surely exist for a purpose, and serving my community as well as the whole world is my mission; the UGRAD is an opportunity, a step that I should take to get closer to my target.

In the few years to come, my intention is to contribute to making the masses have positive attitudes towards life on the globe and to push them to adopt tendencies to foster a better future for themselves and for humanity in general. Change normally comes from the interior and if we want it to occur within a community, we should concentrate on the individual. As people are conscious of what they want, they should switch to beliefs that suit the change, thus the path forward becomes smooth and straight. Unfortunately,here in Morocco as in many third world countries, the majority of citizens are suffering from poverty and are usually struggling to make ends meet, whereas most of the so-called educated people cannot see past the end of their noses. They are so preoccupied with trivial issues that they are unconscious of the broad image of life and are unable to consider to what extent things are changing in other places around the planet.They limit themselves to complaining about every single situation instead of taking action, and simply forget how powerful a single behavior can actually make the difference.

I have been taught to think big, to look carefully and deeply at things, understand them and act! As a citizen, as a kind-hearted soul and as a strong woman, I have decided to speak the truth even with a shaking voice, to say no to things that should not be done, and defend the right of weak people making my world a better place to live. I was not born genius, I was born different.
