All of this will kill china’s economy in which they so dearly worked on because of there largest economic hubs will be destroyed and millions will be forced to flee there home for generations because of the sea levels. In the future all china’s farms will be destroyed. China has the largest population in the world much of its arable land will be gone, millions will leave their homes. It will be catastrophic to china who had lost its economy and will see the most climate refugees in my opinion. Through this way china will end up back in 1940s were war had crippled the country and millions died to famine. In 2015 china had announced that its coast has risen 3. 2 mm per year. at this rate in 100 years the coastline will rise 3 metres and 20 centimetres. this what shanghai is going to look like in 90 years news. wikinut. com Smog in China Smog in China has reached alarming rates. The rates are frightening. children as little as 4 go to school with pollution masks. In the beginning of 2017 a thick smog rolled into Beijing, authorities had declared red alert for the air quality. In china for heating their homes people burn coal to warm their homes. With knowing that burning coal has a lot carbon which is horrible for a country such as china. Because of the smog it has led to over 366,000 premature deaths. This smog was so bad it can activate heart attacks, damage the lungs, even activate asthma.

All these conditions will someone’s future and cause an early death. During the winter where the smog was the air kept on getting polluted while it sat there it got worse and worse until life will be lost on a massive till it is unlivable. Smog already is responsible for China’s 30% deaths. A research from 2015 says that smog has costed the lives of 1. 1 million people in 2015 alone. Smog is expected to increase in the future if china does not act. This will cost china its citizens who will die to smog. Already china has announced plans to destroy its carbon footprint before it gets out of hand and will cause destruction in much of china through the heavy loss of life. aljazerra. com here is smog in china with a woman in Beijing using her phone with a pollution mask on. Climate change on Agriculture in China In china, rising temperatures have caused damage to china’s farming industry. Drought caused by rising climate or climate change can cost china 8% loss in their 3 main crops corn, rice, and wheat. By 2030 corn in china will suffer with a decrease of 20% overall.

Grains follow with a decrease of 4%. Then rice in china will decrease with a total percentage of 1. 5. during the Paris climate agreement in 2015 protecting food supplies was important. If drought in china prolongs then its seasonal rates, then the farmers will put stress on water supplies to help themselves. By putting heavy stress on these supplies Chinese farmers will leave a permanent mark and will cause the situation in Punjab now in which water is running out to irrigate their fields. In china these farms feed the worlds largest populations right now. If these core industries breakdown right now china will fall to disarray with shortages of food back when china was developing during the 1800s at this time. China must adapt or even fight climate change. Whilst fighting against the growing threat of climate change. China’s future now lays in today’s china they can change their future or destroy it.
