When we talk about the Bible we are simply referring to the written word of God which has been inspired by the holy spirit through gospel writers or men, there are many authors that we cannot name them. There are two types of Bible, and they are Protestant Bible and the Catholic Bible and they both are made up of two covenant called Old Testament and New Testament. Old Testament of Protestant Bible contains 39 books and its’ New Testament contains 27 books while Old Testament of Catholic Bible contains 46 books and its’ New testament contains 27 books. God himself is the first author of the bible and humans are the second authors of the Bible. In here, we are going to talk about the Bible as source of divine revelation, the bible and sacred tradition and the significance of the bible in the Christian’s life in today’s world.

God has given us the Divine revelation and it is unconditional between humans and God when we are truly with him. In the book of John partly talks about salvation for all in which Jesus used parable. It was during the supper that Peter the disciple of Jesus asked his master, “Lord who will betray you? And what about him?” And then Jesus said, “If I wanted him to remain alive then what is that to you?”. This disciple is the one who testifies to these events and has recorded them here. And we know that his story of these things is accurate. Jesus also did many other things. If they were all written down, I suppose the all world could not contain the books that would be written (Nick Kross L. T., Divine Revelation for all, 2011). It was one good example of Jesus handing down Good News to his Apostle which he conveys information and making it known to Peter to carry on and spreading out the Good News or the mission to the all-world while he has been hung and crucified on the cross. One day he will return and bring back the holy and faithful ones who believes in him.

The Bible also mentioned, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (Nick Kross L. T., John 3:16, 2011). God has given us his one and only son who died on the cross because of our sins in Mount Calvary, that is, he wants us to believe in his son for the cleansing of our own sins and to be free from the sins and enter the kingdom that he prepared for us. Meaning whoever believes in Jesus Christ the son of God will have a life which is endless and not dying. He or she will deserve what he or she has done accordingly in return.

The Bible and sacred tradition. There are many things that we can learn about Jesus in todays’ world through the Christian leaders like bishop or pastors through their preaching or teaching, but this can be partly learned. One wants to know all about Jesus’ oral transmission of teaching, actions, talking and behavior and to fully portray the Christian values, needs to consider the Bible by himself or herself. Because the Bible says, In the beginning there was word already existed and the word was with God, and the word was God (Nick Kross L. T., 2011). The Bible contains good virtues of Jesus which we can show to others. For example, the story of Jesus himself, “even though he was small in size leaving his parents and went to the temple and preached the Good News to the Pharisees and seduces like some of the magisterium who preached the good news with courage and passion to fill the empty and to strengthen the broken hearts.

Pharisees Importance of the Bible in the Christians’ life. There are behaviors that Christ wants us his sheep’s the Christians need to consider to enter his kingdom, and these behaviors or guidelines are in the Bible. Bible is very important to us the humans because all the rules or guidelines, behaviors, and all other expected things that the Trinity God wants us to follow in our daily lives are all inside the book. For example, the book is written with the inspiration of holy spirit through many gospel writers and others who contribute to the write up of the books which was written just about a thousand years ago.

The Bible is divided into two sections; both these sections are equally important to us the Christians. The Old Testament is very important because, it show’s where Christianity firsts originated from. Its’ origins are in Judaism and Jewish history of the people of Israel. The first five books are known as the Pentateuch or Torah and are believed to have been written by Moses whom the great believe of God himself. The first book of the Old Testament talks about the Christian story of God’s creation of all things on this planet earth and it is the book of Genesis. The Ten Commandments which was given by the God to Moses, which are recorded in the Old Testament, form the foundation of Christian teaching and instructions. In many ways the bible represents a rule book. Consisting of rules that are relevant to life, such as do not eat unclean animals and do not steal. The bible also tells you how to live your life as a Christian and shows you the difference between good and bad, it shows you the consequences you will face for your actions.

The New Testament is a record of the life and teachings of Jesus and forms the foundation of the Christian church. The old and new testaments confirm and match up each other. The reason of the gospels is to give the primary idea conclusively that Jesus is the child of God and so there's a part composed around his works and miracles and this is often an essential portion of Christian conviction. Usually taken after by the book of Acts, which appears how Christianity spread around the world. Most of the other books of the Unused Confirmation were composed by Paul. Most of the works or writing of Paul are in shape of letters to various churches, to empower and fortify their confidence, indeed because it still does in churches nowadays. Numerous Book of scriptures entries and sacred writings can be utilized as motivation by a Christian who feels hopeless and discouraged.

When we talk about the Bible we can say that the book is of two types, the protestant and Catholic bible. Protestant contains 66 books while Catholic bible contains 73 books and they both are broken up into two sections, thus, old and new testament and are many authors that we cannot count them wrote through the inspiration of holy spirit. And these books tell us the divine revelation of God the trinity, the relationship between the bible and sacred tradition, and the importance of bible in the life of Christian community in todays’ world that now we are living on which we should apply or aware of to enter the kingdom of God that he prepared for us.
