How To Overcome Cigarette Addiction
Nowadays, it’s just like a hobby for the most people to smoke. You can see adult men or even women, or worst children and students in various places smoking. Do they know what are the consequences of doing these? Are they aware that they are silently, slowly killing themselves? Are YOU one of them?
The first time that you try to take cigarette, it’ll make you try and try until you become addicted. Most smokers have their different reasons why they do these. Some of them say it’s because they are nervous, angry or they just feel like smoking after they eat, or even while they are on the rest room and the list goes on. Smokers feel better when they smoke.The longer a person involved with smoking, the harder it is for him to remove it.So how can we overcome it? What or who can help you? The first one that can help you is you, indeed! You can’t stop smoking just because your neighborhood said it to you, right? Eventhough many people were suffering or dying because of this or even when it’s actually indicated in the pack of cigarettes the diseases you can acquire, you can’t stop immediately. To help yourself, before you start, be sure that you really want to stop. After that, you could think of an inspiration why you need to stop.
Why? So that you can remind yourself with these reasons and be motivated in your mission! You can also list down the reasons why you do smoke. You’re nervous or angry? Take a bubble gum. Want to smoke after eating? Try to eat candy. I know it’s not easy, but you can start step by step.
How? You can tell someone about this, so he/she can remind you when there’s a time that you forgot about quiting smoking.While being close to the ones who motivates you, lielow to the ones who keeps on pushing you to smoke. Also, try to avoid being with a smoker. If you keep on hanging with them, they can tease you to the point that you can’t control yourself anymore. To lessen your habit having cigarette in your mouth, why not use vape as a temporary alternate instead? This speech is just my opinion and I dont intend to offend anyone. I hope this things could help, and inform even non- smoker that this habit will not brings anything good to you .Take more cigarittes you'll have less money .No more smoke, have a long life.
