False Acusation Without Evidence: The Unjust Case of Adnan Syed

Adnan Syed is not guilty of the murder of Hae Min Lee because of no proper evidence and Jays different story.

Some people like Adnan Syed was overly obsessive after he broke up with Hae. Well, after breaking up with Hae, he was dating other girls, was moving on with future dreams, not digging in the past. Therefore, this event demonstrates that he was not overly obsessive. Moreover, in the trial, Don explains that Adnan was polite, persuasive, simply ordinary what you would expect of the ex-boyfriend meeting the new boyfriend (Serial Podcast - Episode 12). The traits of Adnan Syed express that Adnan's honesty and grant to the belief that Adnan is a natured teenager, impotent of committing such false action.

First, no solid evidence connects Adnan to Hae murder. For example, Adnan palm print all over Hae’s car including the item inside a car like a map. Adnan and his friends ride in Hae’s car so it would not be convincing to just say Adnan is guilty for palm print. Another example, as Jay claims that Adnan drove Hae’s car to leakin park to bury her body, there was no soil found on Hae’s car from the park. Therefore, this evidence appears that Adnan had no action with Hae’s murder.

Second, Jay clearly is not honest or genuine bystander indeed,he openly confesses that he did not tell the police the truth on multiple occasions. For example, in the first interview, he stated that they met at drug spots and then Adnan shows Jay Hae’s dbody later on in the second interview he changes his story and told the police that he called from payphones from best buy. For instance, after investigation, they found that they were no payphones at Best Buy. So, this event means he is lying and not sure what to admit.

In Conclusion, Adnan Syed is innocent because of lack of evidence and Jay different version stories which prove that he is an honest man and falsely commit Hae murder. No evidence counted as proof or shows his involvement in the case. For instance, the case was not handled correctly.
