Computers had a huge effect on the lifestyles of people across the world when computers were first developed in the 1970s. To most users in society today living without a computer is almost impossible as they rely on it for their daily activities. Computers have an adverse environmental, social and human impact.

Due to the extreme continuous use of the laptop, it can harm the human brain and can trigger bodily pain such as hands, backbones, etc. Computers create a lazy society if not correctly used and due to harmful behaviour, individuals become attached to it and using it too much causes them to skip out on their ordinary routines such as workout.

Incorrect spine posture for a long period of time can affect your spine's stress and cause joint discomfort. The spine is intended to be upright, neutral with the back of your shoulders and a slight reflectivity at the bottom of the spine. You can keep your hip joints aligned with a footrest to relieve the back pressure. You should modify the level of your computer and table to allow you to see the monitor properly instead of leaning forward to see the screen uncomfortably.

Computer hunch, also known as kyphosis is an abnormal rounding of the upper back. It is more likely to occur in people who adopt a poor posture for long periods, such as frequently working at a computer. This condition is easy to spot, both in yourself and others. When you think more or less hunchbacked, then you will found you have got a computer hunch. Your shoulders will roll inwards and you’ll find it difficult to sit or stand up straight.
