Creating Personal Evolution Through Mindfulness And Self Love
What is keeping you from achieving your goals or overcoming a situation or obstacle? Is it the fear of taking yourself out of your comfort zone to make a drastic change; even if you know it is for the better? A lot of us may fear how are we going to deal with the moments where we may feel like the rug has been swept from underneath our feet. From my experience, it takes living in the moment and having faith in yourself. Realize that nothing good comes easy. You must have an unconditional love for yourself and know you will persevere.
Accept where you are right now and know there is a brighter future. Prayer, meditation and stillness are huge supports in finding peace and insight. It helps us to find clarity and realize who we really are is ok. The actions we take are inspired by our need for joy, our enthusiasm, and our passion. Learning to love who we are is necessary to help us reach our goals . Transition into a better place happens when we trust that what we are going through is moving us toward improvement via life lessons and sometimes obstacles. Rather than living in the past or constantly worrying about the future, we can learn to focus our energy on positive thoughts in the present. This is when our relationship with ourselves is nurtured, thus improving relationships with others. When we are in a healthy state of mind, we are much more capable of giving and receiving in all areas of our life. Part of evolving is to gain understanding and gratitude for the past. Then we are able to move past the obstacle,and our lives shift to attract positive energy. When we go through change, it’s easy to feel anxiety.
When we accept the possibility of a better life, we are not afraid to engage with the world and with people in a new way; challenging ourselves to get over our insecurities and doubts. We must take responsibility for our lives. Instead of blaming someone for our situation, own the part we may be responsible for. The world doesn’t let us down; it takes care of us and supports our purpose; the reason we are here. If we could see into the future and know that we were going to be ok, would we worry about it? No, we would watch what is happening with wonder and eagerness for how things will unfold, balanced with gratitude and appreciation for exactly where we are right now because it’s part of the pleasure of the experiences we have created and will create in our journey. So, let’s just assume that everything is going to work out better and better every day, because one way or the other, it will. But we can choose balance now and allow growth and happiness in faster and bigger ways.
