Also if sometimes you use it when needed it can be really good for you for example my mother she can’t have iron and she has supplements and it works for her and it looks and is treating her really good. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is the next one we will be looking at it is a water soluble vitamin meaning basically that it dissolves in water and is mostly made wastage through urine.it protects cell damage. It’s there for making of the blood and blood vessels, so your nervous system functions properly, you won’t be able to catch an infection easily and you can easily absorb iron. It’s mostly common in foods like fruit and vegetables. Without this vitamin you experience scurvy which is where it causes sores in your teeth and gums.
Vitamin E (Tocopherol) the last one is from the first of fat soluble vitamins so its function is to prevent cell damage and to its found in some animals used for reproduction.it is found in oatmeal, plant oils, liver, eggs and margarine. If somehow without it in your daily diet you will not be with that much done to you, and in the other things would have been done to you.
So in all its whole anti-oxidants really serve a purpose in basically protecting your body from diseases. Changing your diet may cause a life and death situation in there with just moving or replacing one thing it could cause a chain reaction thus making you really think hard about what you put in your body because it could make you sick or help you live healthy with just one food being changed. Don’t change what you are doing if it works for you but do add the essentials so you can at least have that really balanced diet as always referred to in movies.
You know every vitamin and mineral is important in ones diet in order to keep you safe from all diseases and get you looking and feeling healthy when you are old.in all the stages of life you need basically to grow with them so that your cells are not only protected but are safe from any other things that may catch on to you in the near further. The thing you can do without the anti-oxidants will be the exercise because your body needs to move every now and then. So to keep the mind moving and so to say the rest of the body alert for the day therefor requiring you to be more focused in class and in any other thing you may go into.
Eating vegetables also plays a huge role in basically your diet being changed and made into a better and bigger one. All these information you seen the label look more into to it and read about it, look at your packaging before you basically take it because you could be taking the wrong thing so you have to double check.
So concluding I would like to add that in life you have things that are good for and that are bad. Eat a healthy diet don’t depend on certain vitamins use all. Sometimes certain vitamins don’t agree with you but still have those supplements so you can at least have them in your diet without eating the element with it inside. So you can be better in terms of being more active in the gym and also talking more walks to be healthier. In general just be aware of certain of things that consume in your body so that it does not effort you in a wrong.
