Ethical communication may widens the medium or language of communication we choose to convey our message may limits the audience to understand in a particular language which they might not totally understand and restricts that how people grasp the message or overlook which gives a contrary view of what Baack said in his book. Further if we study about the leadership ethics we, cannot say that Human Resource department is solely responsible for the immoral acts of the employees. HR department demands the loyalty of the employees. It is the duty of employees to perform actions carried out on the basis of code of ethics. Sometimes ethical decisions involve choosing not between good and bad, but between good and better or between bad and worse, this statement denies the views given by Sarah Banks in her book that youth is always confused about what is right and what is wrong. Youth work is a profession in itself. Youth workers practice promoting justice, togetherness, individual and collective virtue: better people in a better world. Youth workers does not work on ethics in fact they themselves are the ethics. As the adulthood is not the final destination, youth workers have the sense of identity which even people at 40 do not have.

Work ethics may not be same for everyone but it moreover depends upon the organization and a person's view of work ethics and moral values that everybody follows. It's not compulsory that every employee thinks ethically within the prescribed area and according to their job type. There are various components which are universally followed by most people are honesty, respect for others, equality, integrity etc. Working ethically can help the individuals become more successful. When a business gives importance to its customers, their needs by giving them a good product or service, stays to what they promise to the customers, doing a fair business and working together. All of this comes under one umbrella i.e. good ethics. Therefore, the judgment given by Weiss that good business is not the means of good ethics is wrong. Good business can only run on the policy of doing well and working ethically is the means of a good business.

As well as work ethics professionalism is one more key ingredient in the recipe for business success. It involves a set of behaviors, attitudes, and values that reflect a commitment to excellence, ethical behavior, and respect for others. Professionals are characterized by their expertise, dedication, and ability to work well with others. They take pride in their work and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes. In the business world, professionalism is essential for building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. One of the main benefits of professionalism in business is that it creates trust. When people interact with professionals, they know that they can expect a high level of quality, consistency, and reliability. This builds confidence in the products and services offered by the business, and ultimately leads to repeat business and referrals. Professionalism also promotes accountability and responsibility. Professionals take ownership of their work and are committed to delivering results that meet or exceed expectations. This helps to build a culture of excellence within the organization, which drives business success. Another key role of professionalism in business success is that it helps to create a positive workplace culture. When people are treated with respect and dignity, they are more likely to feel valued and motivated. This can lead to increased productivity, better teamwork, and improved employee retention. Professionalism also promotes effective communication, which is critical for success in any business. Professionals listen carefully to others, express themselves clearly and concisely, and seek feedback to ensure that they are understood. In addition to these benefits, professionalism also plays an important role in building a strong brand reputation. When a business is known for its high standards of professionalism, it can attract new customers, partners, and investors. A strong brand reputation also helps to protect the business from negative publicity or crises, which can impact its bottom line.

So, in my opinion professionalism as well as work ethic are essential ingredients for business success. It promotes trust, accountability, responsibility, positive workplace culture, effective communication, and strong brand reputation. By embracing professionalism, businesses can create a culture of excellence that drives success and builds lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. If a person or any organization works ethically can build its reputation in the market and automatically their business will succeed. Ethics and business cannot be separated as we all know what is right and what is wrong and what should be done in a situation. This argument is not to degrade any author's work but it is just a view on a topic.
