Reasons Why Board Games Are Not Suitable for Modern Children

Now some people say that board games are better than digital games (which isn’t true). There’s those ones who agree for instance moms and sometimes dads. But there are those who don’t agree like the kids, And don’t get it twisted but yall parents and yall know who you are be outside with your kids and sometimes you don’t your rather outside on facebook or instagram not watching them(y'all can’t even lie about that). Or your inside thinking just because it’s daytime yo kid won’t get snatched up and if you are thinking that your wrong so you better get your lazy selves up and go get your kids. Even better just stop sending them to go outside or play a board game if you aren’t going to watch them play or play with them. To sum it all up, don’t force your kid to go outside or play some whack board game (unless you have monopoly) if your not gonna play with them.

This is why kids don’t like board games because first off there boring and when you are away like going to the bathroom people that are in a match with you (playing a board game by the way) they don’t like losing so they cheat. The author states “ cheating is easier than on digital games.” Which is very true which goes under board games for cons #6. Another reason us kids hate board games is instead of playing our game alone or online our parents want us to play board games but with who? Now do you understand why we love playing video games because there’s barely anything else to do when it comes to activities really. To sum it up, parents sometimes let children get a break from stuff like you don’t know what we go through in school we need a break of that kit kat bar you know.

This is why us kids love video games...because they are fun!!! And if you don’t believe kids just ask your boyfriends or something moms. But back to the topic even though we love games people are taking it to far and after people play like fortnite and call of duty they think it’s alright to shoot things or they get mad and rage quit and never play the game again. Some people go so far that they start to ask people for their account to do something nice but their actually trying to scam them. And people are even hacking into the game, and installing something called aimbot and they don’t miss a shot just to get wins because they know their bad at the game and don’t want their friends to call them bad to fit in to the group but if they were your friends they wouldn’t talk about you. So I said that to say this don’t let what people say get to you because when you start to cheat you make other people think they are bad just be yourself. So we also get kinda cranky or mad because on our phones the games take so long to download so we go to our xbox or playstation, cancel the download, and download the game on the game system. In the article it states “Download provides instant access.” and that goes under digital pros #5 and that’s what I like about game our system. When all things are said and done people are changing the world their making bad decisions and robbing stores so just stop it and bring it back to the good times when violence wasn’t a thing really.

To be honest when you look at it but board games aren’t that bad. But I prefer digital games. Kids prefer digital cause like it said digital are easier to play and they don’t require game pieces and things like that. Kids don’t prefer board cause their really boring and you have to find people to play with and stuff like that. To add it all up, people have their opinions about digital and board games and honestly I agree with digital games.
