Opened-ended and close-ended questions with both combination of both type were used. The questionnaires were pretested before they were distributed. The questionnaire survey was then administered in person to the respondents.
A follow-up request was made in person after two weeks of its distribution (questionnaires). Only twenty (20) of the questionnaires were filled after the two weeks of distribution.
