Schindler's list reveals the accurate details of psychological factors going inside the minds of the Jewish people. It makes clear how they bear the torture which the Nazis put towards the innocent Jewish people. They had to suffer physical pain as well as mental trauma. The physical pain is so extreme and the Nazis insult these people by treating them like animals, not as humans. There is nothing that could be disgraceful than being beaten in front of your own family members. The Nazis always focused on how they could torture and damage these people psychologically. They even could not sleep because of how bad their lives were.

The emotional and physical irritation of these brutal camps affected people to regenerate their terrible days even when they attempt to rest. Sleep is expected to be relaxing, but it only made their minds more terrible because of the nightmares of these camps. The Nazis promoted many methods in order to make these poor Jewish people suffer both physically and mentally. They tortured and killed the dear ones in front of their own family's eyes and consistently beat them till the point comes where these people began to feel like they are entitled to it. They are subjected to the brutalities of the Nazis. The Nazi soldier's ultimate goal is to make them believe that they are worthless and they became successful in it.

To make the Jewish easier to control, the Nazis wanted to take off the thought of individuality from their mind. These cruel and brutal methods by the Nazis ultimately scared these innocent Jewish slaves for the rest of their lives. By looking into the after-effects of the war, it became very difficult for the people who were trying to restart their lives, find their loved ones, and compromise with their situation. Many people have undergone psychological trauma after the war, which was gained during the concentration camps.

Similarly, after the making of the film, some of the people associated with it underwent a psychological difficulty. Even they tried their best to move on, these horrible memories of the holocaust gradually suppressed their minds emotionally and psychologically. Their inability to express their grief on their own suffering led them to a variety of traumatic symptoms.

When Steven Spielberg decided to make the movie Schindler’s List, he was not willing to direct this because he did not feel enough confidence to undertake a project that contains so much responsibility. Therefore he approached many of the directors instead. But no became ready to accept his offer. Finally, Spielberg decided to stop delaying and take the responsibility for the project. He accepted this picture only under one condition; that he would first finish the making of Jurassic Park which he working at the time. Speilberg later explained, '' he knew that once he had directed Schindler's List he wouldn't be able to do Jurassic Park. Spielberg renounced a salary for the movie, considering any remuneration related to this project as blood money''. Later, he donated all of the earnings made from the film to the Shoah foundation.

From the beginning stages and throughout the entire film, Spielberg and his crew underwent a deluge of psychological emotions and sorrow. For the director, the shooting was very sensitive as it brings the bitter memories of his childhood. By visiting the Auschwitz, Spielberg himself was shocked instead of being emotionally burst into tears. Being the director of the movie, it was very difficult for him to watch the pathetic scene where the elderly Jews are compelled to run in naked by the Nazi doctors to go to Auschwitz. After the shooting of Schindler's list, to make his. Mind stress-free, Spielberg concentrated on reading and editing Jurassic Park every evening. Also, he watched the episodes of some serials every night.

Upon release, Schindler’s List gained remarkable success and in the acceptance speech for best picture, Spielberg said, '' This is the best drink of water, after the longest drought of my life''.This biopic drama is his personal dedication to the innumerous Jews that lost their lives in the Nazi Holocaust. This movie is a message of desire and human value which is powerfully aggressive in the face of Nazism. After the release of the film, Liam Neeson took his sons to the Memorial of the murdered Jews of Europe near the city's renowned Brandenburg Gate.

This film left a feeling in the audience that the experience of making a true story about people trapped in the Holocaust and capturing scenes on the real locations where the characters lived or died, is a deep and formidable ordeal. Ben Kingsley played a man named Itzhak Stern in the film. He is the man who knows well about business, accounts, and making schedules. He runs the factory and makes Schindler, who eventually changes from profiteer to a selfless hero rich. '' Schindler’s List is a great film beyond all expectations. No book, no documentation, no film can grasp the horror and the incomprehensibility of the Holocaust. But Schindler’s List - the great movie that has really taken bureaucratically planned and factory executed mass murder as its subject shows what it possible to do: it is possible to tell the story. ''(Der Spiegel) Schindler’s List is directed with rage and instantly an exceedingly surprising Steven Spielberg, presents the subject as if discovering it anew. It brings a prominent mastermind together with a story that clamors the deepest earmark of bravery and passion. With each and every frame he demonstrates the power of the filmmaker to refine tangled events into fiercely ineradicable images.

Portraying upon the best of his storytelling talents, Spielberg has made Schindler’s List an experience that is no less enfolding than his earlier works of complete entertainment. Unilluminated, softening, rejuvenatingly dramatic, Schindler's List will make terrifying sense to anyone. The rigidity in Schindler's List comes of course from the ubiquitous threat of violence. But here Spielberg withdraws from familiar type. Mr. Spielberg knows very well how to make the terrifying events truly shocking and how to catch the eyes of the audience. Among the outstanding features that contributed to Schindler’s List, Michael Khan's skillful editing deserves special mention. Also, the production design by Alan Starski, which identifies the perfect balance between realism and drama. John Williams's music has an austere, trivialized loveliness. Schindler’s list fated to have an eternal place in mind will earn something better.
