While virtual methods grant learners to arrange their own lineup, studying face to face provides students the schedule. For instance, the online system shall help learners to manage their time accurately; however, eye to eye method forces tutors to lay day and time for classes and assignments. Virtual classes would become a problem since teachers do not have idea at all if their scholars have organized the time to develop every single task by themselves while in the traditional ones, pupils have to deal with the schedule given by the guides and to labor in front of them. Some school children do not acquire knowledge in the same way as others do ; that is why, the designed schedule may seem unfit; on the other hand, the courses through Internet are fruitful as the studying time is paced to the learners´ disponibility. As an illustration, a topic´s explanation given by the teacher cannot be clear at the very first time in the class, but during the in-line school the explanation will be recorded on a video or audio maybe till weeks so that pupils could check as many times as they want to. By and large, both methods can teach pupils to manage the time differently since it is essential for learning.

Whereas person to person classes boost students to create an interactional learning ambience, the online learning environment lacks interaction. To illustrate, common classes permit learners to have cooperative learning environments; however, online schools do not offer a lot of interaction, for almost all the duties are developed individually. Surrounding is the key for a successful teaching and learning; hence, it must be appropriate for evading the lack of attention or motivation during the class. Besides, sending and receiving information is the manner of acquiring knowledge, although in the online case, this is a challenging labor as the external and internal factors influence the communication; on the contrary, at school, learners share an accurate atmosphere built by the mentor. Actually, the external aspects such as the poor telephone signal or shortage of equipment as well as the internal ones as the deficit of technological understanding prove the missing interaction. Evidently, eye to eye method enable the interplay, while via the internet, the complications emerge instantly.

In addition, albeit both models of learning demand different strategies, both types of learning depend on teacher instruction. As an example, in the traditional method, tutors work on classroom management; likewise, tutors must organize tasks on virtual spaces in the online method. Both forms construct and keep the environments in which schoolchildren study to help achieve their targets; both contain measurements to maintain the students welfare that goes from arranging desks for a better movability till adapting the virtual lessons for making them interesting for pupils and preventing desertion. Teachers’ work is reflected in their students' accomplishments since they better the implementations of teaching techniques in face to face and online systems. Knowledge is not enough when it becomes impossible to teach because of the low awareness about pedagogical strategies, methods, and techniques; educators must be committed to update the ways and conduit of the material. In other words, both modalities require that mentors actualize the strategic manual because they are the guides of schoolchilds.

Moreover, both methods require a great effort. For example, though the number of tasks varies in both methods, both studying networked and studying face to face request learners’ commitment. As Peter F. Drucker said, “unless commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes…but no plans”, and Jean Paul Sartre said, “commitment is an act, not a word', responsibility is important not only in virtual classes but on in-person ones because it makes people realize the crucial labor they are doing to accomplish the dream to become in their own heroes. Schoolkids as guides have to strive and learn to deal with both tecqniques so that they will find the path to go straight to their academic aims as Winston Churchill said “the price of greatness is responsibility”. In brief, receiving classes at school or at home demand the same level of effort and compromise.
