Childhood Memories of My Brother Going Missing

It was on Monday. On the first day of the week, I was so tired. The sun blooms on the horizon. It is the brilliant flower of the sky that warms our days. Look like the sun is inviting us to our new day. My mom came and weak me up. At that time, I was 10 years old and my brother, Madhan he was just 7 years old. My mom told me its time for school, you are getting late for school.

And then I just get up from the bed and went to the washroom and then I wear my uniform.i was rushing for the school. my mom came and put the uniform for Madhan too.it was a white shirt and blue pants. look like madhan doesn’t want to wear them because he doesn’t want to school. he has not done his homework yet. mom starts yelling have breakfast and go to school.

She said you are getting late. And then we start walking toward the school. I saw a group of people gathering together I went closer to them and I saw, one woman she was saying that her daughter gets missing she was just six years old I was shocked I was like what is happening in our city? lots of children are missing.

After that, we continue walking toward our school. the road was so busy the people continue crossing the road. You can see people are rushing to there work. I was on my way I heard the bell ringing. start running I drop madhan to his class then went to my class. Our classes went so good it was at lunchtime I went to see madhan he was playing soccer outside. I saw blood on his foot then I called him over I ask what happen he said, “I kick the ball and my nail gets off and it been conceding bleeding ” I went to the office and tell the teacher that my brother is bleeding he needs some bandage then the teacher came and put the bandage on for him.

After that, I went back to my class but my body was sitting there, but my brain was still thinking about madhan. Assoon school over I went to see madhan he was not in his class. I ask his friend shudip, “did you saw madhan anywhere”?

he said, ‘’he went home already’’ I was like what really.

Me: when?

Shudipe: 5 minutes ago, he said, if you run you might find him.

Me: ok thank you.

And then I start running toward my home. It was a 20 minutes walk for me but, how can he walk by himself I was so scared and I start looking around the pathway. think that he might be somewhere. I reach my home, but he was already there. I ask him why you did not wait for me. He said I wait for you did not come so I just left. I was so happy that he is at home safely. We both sat down and did our homework and it almost times for dinner I can smell some delicious curry and rice.

Also, the sky was getting bright orange and red the sun is about to set. Madhan was playing outside with the mud. It was time for dinner and my mom told me to call Madhan. I Look outside and he was not there. Then I went and told my mom that madhan was not there. Mom told me to go look, he might be in shudip house. I take my bike and went to the shudip house he was not there. We start searching for him.i went back and told my mom that he was not there every. My tell our neighbours and then we start checking our neighbourhood, the park and the local general store. All our neighbours helped us in searching for him. But we couldn’t find him.

Then I was so worried that we might not find him. I and my uncle start walking to our neighbourhood and we asking every person if they have seen madhan. I start thinking about where madhan might be? And then I stay pray god that I want my brother to come back safely wherever he is. I start to think about how nice he was and I want my brother I will never let him go out of my sight. My uncle phone ring it was for my mom, he answers my mom said they found madhan.

After that, we just went back home. there were a lot of people at my house. They all want to see my brother and ask him where has he been. He said a man give him candy and then he was trying to take him somewhere but thankfully our neighbour find that and they saved my brother.
