Analytical Essay on Lord of the Flies
Lord of the Flies, is an adventure book of a pack boys that face to survive or die from their inner monsters. Of the current situation there in of no contact of the outside world they try to support each other but ends up leading into destruction. As several symbols are evident like Simon as a character is a figure of moral goodness in all men, Piggy's glasses the spark of civilization left, and Roger as a character the inner monster he holds within until later on in the book. Each of these symbols creates a visual context meaning of what's going on the island, how the changes without civilization are slowly taking them into their inner monsters within staying longer on the island.
Since it abbreviates that without social order in a civilization things can get crazy if people they don't ponder blindly into a situation by giving out assumptions on the actions of others in the fear they conveyed between one individual or a whole group of individuals. Like for example, Simon represents the moral goodness in the group of boys. He is kind to everyone, never argues with anyone, is willing to help anyone if they needed his help and was the only one on that island to hear the pig's heads voice or lord of the flies. He was a boy figure of the Messiah or Jesus who thought the good in everything, though he was able to hear the lord of the flies voice he learns that everything they had feared was all in their heads the monster was fake it was all in their imagination. But as he tries to tell his findings to the others they end up beating him to death as if he were an animal even though they knew he was human. After, the ocean takes him away like stones on the sand of a beach everything breaks the little civilization they had left as things begin to go haywire, but they acted as if he never existed after his death. To summarize he was the only good person they had on the island for them so once, he was gone and evidently forgotten everything took a turn for the worst as chaos struck to happen more throughout the book.
