There weren’t many similarities in my research, but the article on the topics I cover was unique in how the researcher explores to connect the dots of the articles, the reading as a from what I’ve learned in my course work over the past 5 weeks. The adolescent's age is a great but challenging phase you can be positive or be negative it’s up to the individual to want to learn, asked for as he is, she navigates the journey.

Adolescence usually has an idea at this point in their lives what they what, their education and career goals to be ready for adulthood. Already gone through a few life stages, meet milestones within the life span stages. Girls and boys mainly focus on their identity and expressing who they are amongst their peers It is also a time of brain and cognitive changes as the adolescent begins to think of new prospects such as love, fear, and freedom. They may even experiment with different roles and make attempts to separate from their authority figures.

Human and social development, in human development theories Jean Piaget, Sigmund Freud, and Erik Erikson are all respected men in the field of psychology. Their developmental theories have been tested and tried, and all three psychologists have theories they came up with to explain how a child develops through adolescence and adulthood. In their own unique way, the theories have similarity and differences among them.

In my research also explain in a world where social change is everywhere and now normal, we understand how sociodemographic movements impact our lives as a human. Based on my course reading the development theory I find applicable is Erik Erikson in the area of diversity his theory psychosocial emphasis of identity development analysis which looks closely on rapid change and multicultural context. Erikson brings us a theory that describes eight stages of development. According to him, in each stage, people face new problems that bring forth new challenges, and the stage’s outcome depends on how people would handle these all these challenges. Lifespan perspective may provide a way of better understanding through the research because of the breakdown and simplify of the information. Uncertainty, some researcher also put together that the differences in black’s medical treatment and prevention for blacks may show and explain the difference in lifespan variability.

Regardless of age, making healthy lifestyle choices is wise. Despite that, individuals of all ages sometimes have difficulty choosing healthy option. We argue that individuals’ view of the future and position in the life span affects their current lifestyle choices. We capture the multidimensionality of future thinking by assessing 3 types of future perspective (Tasdemir-Ozdes, A., Strickland-Hughes, C. M., Bluck, S., & Ebner, N.C 2016). Some of the factors that may influence choices regarding lifestyle are stress, depression, Lack of physical activity, poor nutrition, tobacco, excessive alcohol consumption, drug abuse, social media, peer pressure, and culture.

When we look at chronic illness and the connection to the environment and our personal choice to indulge, it is very important we consider our health risk factors that could play a huge role in our development mentally and physically as an adult. The number one leading cause of death in America today is heart disease and its common among people who smoke, are obese, family history and over age 55. Lifestyle change that can help prevent the outcome is to quit smoking, eating healthier, exercise and maintain a healthy look (Firebaugh, G., Acai, F., Noah, A., Practher, C., & Nau, C., (2014)). Even though some disease can be inherited, and the risk factor can’t be controlled but you can take steps to lower triggers patterns of the disease.

To improve your lifestyle health and choices can be tough, but they are ways in which a person can improve their lifestyle during adulthood or any stage of life. To live a healthy lifestyle is responsive that you of to stick to in getting great result. Research shows that the key to a healthy lifestyle is making simple choices in diet, exercise, stress management and not feeding on the impact around you. Some factors that can contribute to a healthy lifestyle are, think positive and focus on gratitude, exercise daily, get a good night sleep, make healthy food etc.

One purpose of this study on adolescents was to evaluate the positive and negative. Adolescent phase or transition to adulthood can be tough but according to the article research, it can also be a positive one to embrace the change and be ready to learn new things in the process of the transition. Adolescents moving towards the future in a positive way. The outcome and positive expectation remain with self-confidence and support from family, while the negative outcome was best predicted by lower family and teacher support, self-confidence and peer support.

In a world where social change is everywhere and now normal, we understand how sociodemographic movements impact our lives as a human. The theories of social and human development give an overview for more research and question (Greenfield, 2009, 2016). Involving the Theories will continue to allow testable predictions for the future in regards to changes that affect human development, the culture, socioeconomics, exploring the environment, sociodemographic and patterns, Findings concerning social change and human development included in this article make another important point: Research should avoid ethnocentrism (Greenfield, 2000). Strong theories with a valid concept can be helpful if tested and enhanced by multiple observation by not only a psychologist but sociologist and anthropology.

The articles focus on the life expectancy between black and whites rather than the only variability in age at death but leave a big gap hole in me understanding why lifespan vary more in blacks’ thanks whites. The article explained a few methods used, some date and cause of death. According to the report, the findings were divided into two parts, one area the root sources of racial bias in the lifespan variance. The goal was to show whether lifespan is more variable for blacks because of how different they die from their white counterpart. The other part of the findings was broken down even further looking as male and female.

Most past researches have examined future perspective across adulthood using a scalar assessment of global future time perspective (FTP; Carstensen & Lang, 1996). The research looked at lifestyle choices in adulthood under a microscope it talks about healthy habits, multiple future perspectives in our younger and older adults. As we expect, an older adult made healthier choices than a younger adult. When one is younger it helps to have a positive view of the future, healthy diet, no smoking, no drinking and plenty of physical activities and exercise.

The study identified differences in healthy lifestyle choices and multiple types of future perspective in younger and older adults. The effects of future perspective, and of their interactions with age, on healthy lifestyle choices were then examined. We suggested that three types of future thinking manifest simultaneously in individuals’ everyday views and affect healthy lifestyle choices. We proposed that two of these, global future time perspective and future health perspective, might have a more pronounced effect on older than younger adults’ choices. A healthy lifestyle can help with a less chronic condition to deal with in the future.
