Firstly, I met my partners than we found out my supervisor and she takes us in around to know natural of placement and what are the services available there. I was really impressed with the whole clinic as it was my first time I visit it. during the dissection I wrote everything in a note so I can search for it more, I ask the supervisor my question and we discuss what are the issues they are we can as an occupational therapy help to solve it in PCP project. In my opinion, communication is the most important thing a project management activities can do. I and my team start to gathers all of the relevant project and team data together and parses through it to provide a concise and clear message to the team, stakeholders, and management. I always shift my priorities based on the situation. I generally do not follow any pre-planned action.

Project Management has different aspects like planning, scheduling, analyzing, determining quality. With these diverse aspects, it permits me to have the professional successes. While working I realize that it is fundamental that I comprehend my hoist agency, objectives, mission, also vision. With an understanding of these matters, I will verify that I keep on being an advantage for the agency I am in. me and Group members know one another, I try to be open to new ideas, diverse viewpoints. That makes me listen to others and elicit their ideas to know how to balance the need for cohesion within a group. I try to help the group to develop and use strategies central to our group goals. That will facilitate group decision making and deal productively with conflict. I learned how to plan and manage a task, how to manage time. That will impact me in the future as an occupational therapist. With my team we will think to mindful of the community needs to find it out and work to increase our target population participation.

The new learning skill I achieved was learning through observation, and how to write notes quickly and accurately. The material I studied was very useful to me. I had a background in how to search and analyze information and apply them to be appropriate for the project. But I have a problem with the implementation of models of practice. I will search and read about it then shared with my partners. In the interview with the supervisor, she did not know the role of the occupational therapy in raising the awareness of the community. I and my team explained a simply about it then began to propose the idea of establishing a clinic for the OTs in the college and how it benefits to students who have problems in their performance or problems in the environment of the university. There are no barriers from the administration because of their plans to open new specialties in the clinic support the students and faculty members and the staff there.

To sum up, I really enjoyed every single second on the placements. I have an initial impression of the nature of the people who will deal with them after graduating. Raise my morale, break the barrier of fear and fear of facing the future after graduation; it is a real prelude to a full future life. The place of practical training can be the same as the workplace in the future; many people worked in the same place they trained when they proved their competence, aptitude, and overwhelming success during their training. Gave me a first impression as I could set up my study experience, and I knew the weaknesses to deal with. I have learned too many things during that time, it gives me a feeling of responsibility and that I have to study more and practice more, to be a perfect occupational therapist as much as possible.
