Watching this film helps many people get closer and live together with a person suffering from such a disease. From the point that they understand that John Nash suffers from schizophrenia, they inform the doctor and begin the medical treatment.

As soon as John stops the medication, the schizophrenia begins to appear to a great extent. Ηis wife understands it and promptly alerts the doctor, so john goes back to the clinic. After a few months and everyone went well, John started the lessons in the university and was awarded at the end. So, it could be said that this film offers a credible portrayal of schizophrenia.Schizophrenia is a mental disorder and neuropsychiatric disease which is mainly observed in young age and teenage life, which makes it difficult to distinguish between real and non-real events, logical thinking, but also the normal emotional response and behavior towards other people.

Typically, people with schizophrenia have auditory and visual hallucinations, paranoid ideas, and disorganized speech and thoughts, which is causing them serious problems in their social life. In this film, schizophrenia is presented to the protagonist of the film “John Nash” which was accepted at Princeton University, and then he met his co-owner 'Charles Herman', who is a student of literature. Charlie and his little niece called “Marcee” appear almost every day in John's everyday life. Beyond that, another one person 'William Parcher', is a member of the United States Department of Defense trying several times to persuade him to go with his side. This particular mental illness has specific symptoms that many times are difficult to distinguish from many people. But in this film provides accurate and objective information that you can understand in many scenes about the specific mental illness. For example, Schizophrenia is a chronic illness, which has as a result most of the time to make people see and hear things that do not exist, illusions and paranoia are afraid that others are conspiring against them.

The basic symptoms of schizophrenia for the man who has this illness. First of all, it creates inside his mind images and illusions that he thinks are true while in reality, they do not exist. He begins to fear and behaves with intense suspicion and believes in fantastic things, for example, a scene with shootings, so he tries to take his own actions to protect himself, which seems absurd and funny many times. Secondly, has an impact on the social relations between the people around us, this particular disease leads man to loneliness and marginalization. Τhe man is closed to himself, with the result that he cannot socialize and come into contact with other people. As a consequence, he cannot find the woman of his life and to create his own child and his own family. (Psychologist, Σταύρος Μπουρδάκης, https://lifesubjects.gr/psychike-ygeia-kai-symperiphora/schizophreneia-symptomata-synepeies-kai-antimetopise).

If schizophrenia is detected early, then the appropriate medication by the special doctor may become better. Unfortunately, schizophrenia is not a disease that can be cured. However, there are ways with the proper medication cannot be worse. Depending on the condition of the patient, doctors give the right medicines and with the help of the family makes him control and distinguish the real from the imaginary, to think more clearly without facing dilemmas that stress him. (Molecular - nuclear biologist, Θοδωρής Γιάνναρος http://www.zougla.gr/ygeia/article/sxizofrenia-8erapia-ke-elegxos).

In conclusion, I believe that the movie is a very good example to understand about the phenomenon of schizophrenia, although in the beginning it is not clearly understood then you can understand that such a phenomenon can be understood and perceived by others. In this film, it really informs and entertains the audience if not for all for me it has covered me, and I have understood the causes and its consequences. To sum up, my thoughts about on the specific topic is that a man very well in his health, he gets sick of his greatest love of mathematics trying to solve some theories in order to be distinguished and after achieving it, discovers that he is suffering from schizophrenia and every day comes in the face and tries to cope with it and succeeds.
